Bohemia Bee Store

Welcome to our Virtual Store

Where we bring our wonderful bee byproducts to your door...

Apiculture - The maintenance of bee colonies, commonly in man-made hives, by humans. Most such bees are honey bees in the genus Apis, but other honey-producing bees such as Melipona stingless bees are also kept. A beekeeper (or apiarist) keeps bees in order to collect their honey and other products that the hive produce (including beeswax, propolis, flower pollen, bee pollen, and royal jelly), to pollinate crops, or to produce bees for sale to other beekeepers. A location where bees are kept is called an apiary or "bee yard"

The honey is seriously AMAZING!!! Wonderful customer service and is a company we recommend to all our friends!

Just got our first taste of Bohemia honey and it's great! Love to support local business and appreciated the flexibility in getting together so we could get honey during a holiday week! Can't go wrong with Bohemia Apiary! 🐝

About Us

Jason Crook

Owner & Operator

Where beekeeping is more than a's an obsession!!

At Bohemia Apiary, we practice sustainable beekeeping techniques in order to grow our apiaries in both a traditional yet unconventional approach to the craft. Founded in 2015 owner & operator Jason Crook established his first colony on the eastern shore of Maryland. Over the last few years through mentorship and much research the apiary has grown 3x and his passion for the Apis mellifera has also allowed his hobby turn into a thriving apiary. Taking the age old practice founded in ancient Egypt prior to 2422 BC, brought to North America in the 1620s AD, and now to the rolling acres in Warwick on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

Whether the sweet rewards of a spring harvest interests you or the byproducts of natural beeswax products and even locally bread queens. Bohemia Apiary has what you need if you are a hobbyist, sideliner, or just a curious onlooker of the amazing honey bees.
